How do you grade your pins?
Pins are primarily a handmade item and as such are not usually perfect. My pins are NOT priced or listed as fantasy pins, and therefore the quality is going to be a standard, wearable quality.
Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but may exhibit minor imperfections such as: tiny stray glitter specs, superficial tiny bubbles in enamel or epoxy coating, tiny specs of missing enamel in very tiny spots, imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin, superficial scratches to metal surfaces (especially large metal areas), superficial paint drops or bleeds, or slight discoloring against screen printed edges.
"Seconds" Grade: For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types noted above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected problems.
What is your shipping policy?
Most in-stock orders ship same day or within 48 hours. Custom orders ship within one week. Once I've dropped your order off at the post office, it's out of my hands — but I'll always provide tracking so you can follow along!

Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. I can only see the same tracking info you can, so please keep an eye on that link for updates. If something seems off, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to help!
What happens if my pin is damaged in transit?
I have a 10-day return window from the date you receive your order. If your pin arrives damaged, please reach out within that window and we'll work something out — whether that's an exchange or another solution. If you're concerned about damage in transit, I recommend adding insurance to your order before purchasing.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Custom orders typically ship within one week of the order being placed. Reach out before ordering if you have any questions about the process.
What is the Pin Club?
The Pin Club is a subscription where you get exclusive pins delivered to you on a regular basis. Check the Pin Club page for current details on what's included and how to sign up!
