How do you grade your pins?
Pins are a primarily a handmade item, and as such are not usually perfect. My pins are NOT priced or listed as fantasy pins, and therefor the quality is going to be a Standard, wearable quality.
Standard Grade: Meant to be worn! Free of major defects but *may* exhibit minor imperfections such as: tiny stray glitter specs, superficial tiny bubble in enamel or epoxy coating, tiny specs of missing enamel in the very tiny spots, imperfections in the metal on the sides or back of the pin, superficial scratches to metal surfaces (especially large metal areas), superficial paint drops or bleeds, or slight discoloring against screen printed edges.
“ Seconds” Grade: For budget collectors. Multiple or major defects of the types noted above, or: peeling enamel, missing enamel, or other unexpected problems.
What is your shipping policy?
I ship most orders same day, once I have dropped it off at the post office it is no longer in my control. If you want to get insurance added to your order please message me prior to your purchase.
Where is my order?
I can only see what you see on tracking please be patient as shipping is taking longer then normal right now with the global pandemic and USPS being overloaded.
What happens if my pin is damaged in transit?
I do not offer refunds or exchanges in this instance, if you are worried about this please reach out before you order to add insurance to your order.
